SHIPPING POLICY:

So you bought some adorable new items that you can't wait to get? We proudly package and ship all items from the US.  Though we try to get orders out as quickly and as smoothly as possible, some orders may take 3-5 days to process before shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY: Fourth and Oak ships to all 50 states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

*Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.  

SHIPPING RATES/METHODS: Fourth and Oak currently offers free shipping to US orders over $75.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost effective method. If you require a specific service for delivery please contact us for assistance.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME: We process orders as quickly as possible, within 3-5 business days. Should there be any delay, you will be notified via email. Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. 

Local Pickup

We are happy to provide local pickup for our local customers! Please select "Local Pickup" instead of "Shipping" at checkout to forego shipping charges. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.  If unreachable through email, we will call you... so please ensure a good phone number is associated with the order.

ORDER EDITING/CANCELLATION:

To cancel or edit your order, please email us at mia@fourthandoak.co within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be able to edit or cancel your order. 

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you love everything you order, like so many of our customers do! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return anything that is unwashed/unused, except for FINAL SALE items, that you purchased from fourthandoak.co within 30 days of purchase.

RETURN: For a refund, we ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags, and returned within 30 days of purchase. To return an item email us at mia@fourthandoak.co. Returns can be refunded to original method of payment or for store credit.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. 

We process returns within 1 week of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.

*Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund.

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE:

We take the utmost care to inspect all items before they arrive to you, however if your item arrived damaged we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to mia@fourthandoak.co. All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier.
